Is Cattowerhaven.com open for shipping?

Yes! We are usually shipping online orders 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from our warehouse.  We are occasionally open on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Sometimes our schedule can change due to inclement weather and FedEx operating hours.  Our shipping department will be closed November 24-27, December 26, January 2 and other national holidays.

What safety measures is Cattowerhaven.com taking when packing my order?

We are incredibly conscientious about making sure your order is packed carefully and safely. We are practicing safe distancing from each other, delivery personnel, and any other people we may have to interact with. We are regularly disinfecting surfaces and are reasonably quarantining incoming packages.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically take 1-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to process and pack. Once it ships, standard shipping usually takes:

  • 2-7 business days for domestic orders
  • 2-7 business days for international orders(FedEx or USPS) – all countries except for Russia, North Korea and some other exceptions

Please note that during holidays and sales, processing and shipping time can take longer than normal.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We currently offer 3 day express shipping.  Note that our shipping department is normally open only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  We may be able to upgrade your order to 1 or 2 business day express for additional fee – please contact our customer service at etd403310@gmail.com.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping on domestic orders. Select “FREE standard shipping” at checkout. Most domestic orders are shipped with DHL, some are shipped with UPS.

Does Cattowerhaven.com ship internationally?

We ship to any country with free shipping on international orders (note that free shipping refers to transportation only, any applicable duty/taxes are an additional cost).

Will I be charged custom fees/VAT?

Our international shipping charge does not include any local duties or taxes, and they may be charged separately by your country’s customs department – they are different in every country and we have no control over them.
